Kombucha Infused Fruit Salad


1 cup of your favorite kombucha

1 cup of mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup of chopped fresh mint leaves

1/4 cup of honey

1/4 cup of lime juice

1/4 cup of white sugar


  • In a large bowl, combine the kombucha, berries, kiwi, mint leaves, honey, lime juice, and white sugar. (add other fruits for your preference)
  • Toss to coat all of the fruit and herbs in the dressing.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
