- 12 slider buns
Your favorite toppings, such as shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, and avocado
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the kombucha, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the tofu into 12 equal pieces.
- Dip the tofu pieces in the kombucha mixture, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tofu is cooked through and slightly crispy.
- Serve the tofu sliders on buns with your favorite toppings.
- For a more intense kombucha flavor, use a flavored kombucha.
- If you don't have kombucha, you can substitute apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar.
