Power-Packed Green Smoothie


  • 1 cup of leafy greens, such as spinach, kale, or romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup of fruit, such as banana, mango, or berries
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds or spirulina

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust the amount of liquid to your desired consistency.



  • For a thicker smoothie, add more leafy greens.
  • For a sweeter smoothie, add more fruit or honey.
  • For a more protein-rich smoothie, add a scoop of protein powder.
  • For a more fiber-rich smoothie, add 1/4 cup of oats.
