Crispy Baked Vegan Nuggets


1 (24-ounce) package plant-based nuggets

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil


  • Oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together the olive oil.
  • Dip the nuggets in the olive oil, then coat in the flour mixture.
  • Place the coated nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
